Very modern, comfortable apartment block "Beach Apartment El Timón 12". In the centre of San Agustin, Gran Canaria. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shop, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach "Playa El Veril" 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 30 km from the property. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
