Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and radio. Shower/WC. Carpet. Terrace. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

House/Residence

Farmhouse "Jäger". In the district of Stadlen 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service possible on request (extra). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Stadlen" 10 m. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service.
