In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service possible on request (extra). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, bus stop "Kappl Stadlen" 10 m. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Special ski pass – Silvretta / regional ski pass: valid for 68 lifts, approx. 340 km long pistes in the towns of Ischgl, Samnaun, See, Kappl and Galtür. Free ski bus through the whole valley, 24 hours taxi service. Die Unterkunft und die Eigentümer waren einfach nur toll. Es war sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung war top, alles war da und wenn nicht, war der Weg zu den sehr netten Eigentümern sehr kurz. Die Lage ist super, wenn gleich auch ein wenig hoch gelegen. Dafür hat man eine fantastische Aussicht und viel Ruhe für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Leuke appartementen, beneden kaal ingericht en bij minder weer fris binnen. De keuken uitrustingen zijn erg minimaal en met een groep kom je snel te kort. Verder zou een wasmachine fijn geweest zijn. De bedden slapen goed. Er is niet veel afgeschermde speel ruimte voor kinderen rondom het huis. De omgeving is mooi, de eigenaren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wir sind mit der ganzen Familie in zwei der Wohnungen untergekommen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Brötchenservice ist super. Leider war uns vorher nicht bewusst, dass es die letzten 2 km bis zum Haus Bergauf geht. Daher ist man leider nicht so flexible ohne Auto.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr netter Vermieter. Waren sehr zufrieden. Unterkunft ist bei guter Schneelage über eine Skitour aus dem Skigebiet Kappl erreichbar. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.
