Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Terrace. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the district of Plangeross 9.5 km from the centre of St. Leonhard im Pitztal, 27 km from the centre of Wenns, 38 km from the centre of Imst. For shared use: property, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Trampoline, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, railway station "Bahnhof Ötztal" 44 km, outdoor swimming pool 27 km. Mountain railway 3 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rifflsee 2 km, Pitztaler Gletscher 9 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

The glacier world of the Pitz valley offers mountain fans a breathtaking panorama unequalled in the Alpine region. Cosy, idyllic, family-friendly holiday resort, in a valley, 38 km south from Imst, 94 km west from Innsbruck. In the resort: grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 km. With the highest cable car in Austria, the glacial ice caves, numerous natural waterfalls, the bungy-jumping bridge in Arzl, infinite climbing walls - a veritable eldorado for High Alpine enthusiasts.

Summer

In the "Kneipp" complex in Stillebach with a small bathing lake and view of a natural waterfall, you can relax after a hike in the Alpine pastures. Outdoor swimming pool 15 km. River rafting. Tennis (3 outdoor courts 15 km, 2 indoor courts 15 km). Riding in Tieflehn. Fishing (permit required). Paragliding, summer tobbogan run in Imst Alpine-Coaster 25 km total 5 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 55 km mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, kindergarten from 3 years. Whatever your heart desires - ice safari, climbing courses, Nordic walking or canyoning - you will find in it in the Pitz valley. Worth experiencing: the earth pyramids in Arzl, the holocaust site in Piller, "Luis-Trenker-Steig", the Kaunergrat nature reserve, the "Platzhaus" in Wenns.

Winter

Ski-region Gletscher-Rifflsee. Mountain lifts, cableways, gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. Cross country ski tracks, high altidude pistes, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. 3 toboggan runs, partially floodlit. Natural ice rink, curling at 10 km. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Jerzens Hochzeiger at 15 km, Hoch-Imst at 25 km. The ski region glacier/Rifflsee has something for everyone. Good for families with children, a variety of countryside from wide pistes to demanding off-piste runs, a dream for any ski tourist. Worth seeing: "Fasnacht" carnival in Wenns (every 4 years).

Het huis was OK, beetje verouderd maar goed. Helaas de sauna werkte niet... Het was een van de aandachtspunten om deze apt te boeken. Geen vergoeding was toegestaan voor dit pech.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, alles da was man braucht, vorallem sehr viel platz! Wir waren 5 Erwachsene plus 1 Kind und es war sehr entspannt. Wunderschöne Gegend, nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Brötchenservice verdient ein extra plus. Kommen bestimmt wieder!

Pros: Great location - 10 minutes to the Gletscher. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, fresh bread rolls service, modern sauna, heating for ski boots, bus stop nearby. Nice owner, lives in the house. Cons: Bed linen and towels smell a bit of smoke, but not the apartment itself. Only one bath and one toilet but they are separated.Wifi is slow when lots of people are using it. On the whole 4 stars. Rifflsee and Sölden glaciers are the best ski areas in Austria in April. We stayed twice here

Regarding the wifi connection, it can happen that the connection weakens if it is fully booked. It is also dependant on the environment, being far up in the mountains. Es war sehr sauber, ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen in Wildspitz- Appartament. Einziges was uns als Nichtraucher gestört: alle Tücher und Bettwäsche haben sehr stark nach Kaltrauch gestunken, deswegen nur "GUT". Sonst würde ich sehr weiter empfehlen.

Das Appartment Wildspitz im Haus Daheim ist zwar nicht top modern, aber blitzsauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alles funktioniert und es gibt ausreichend Geschirr für viele Personen. Das Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für viele Menschen und man kann dort gemütliche Abende verbringen. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Unterkunft in St. LeonhardPIA K.

Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß, ebenso die Schlafzimmer. Leider war die Luft in der Nacht meistens sehr trocken. Der Brötchenservice hat sehr gut geklappt und die Vermieterin war meistens erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit großen Pfannen oder Auflaufformen hätte noch besser sein können. Die Entlüftung des WC war mangelhaft

Wij waren met zes personen 1 week in een woning in Huis Daheim. De woning was zeer compleet, netjes en ruim, goede bedden en dekbedden, in de keuken was alles aanwezig. Voor wintersporters was de ligging perfect, met een gratis skibus nabij. Vriendelijke contactpersoon in het huis. Broodjesservice.
