Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. Ski lift 8 km, gondola lift 8 km, slopes 8 km, sled run 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Monte Popolo 8 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. It is essential to bring snow chains, otherwise access cannot be guaranteed!!!! Dogs are not allowed!
