    5-room terraced house 106 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious and bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: large living room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. In the house is also a large table where is enough room for game nights and dinners for several people in a friendly atmosphere. One can also watch TV comfortably in the living room under the roof. Or if you want to get out, small individual rooms also allow the watch. All those seeking a quiet but friendly atmosphere, will love this place.

    Beautiful, cosy terraced house "Seekarblick", 3 storeys, semi-detached. Outside the resort, 2.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2.3 km from the lake, 800 m from the skiing area. Private: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage space n 1. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, lake Achensee 2.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2.8 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 800 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Nearby attractions: Abenteuerpark Achensee 5 km, AirRofan & Adlerhorst, ATOLL Achensee 12 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Christlum 800 m, Zillertal. Hiking paths: Alpenpark Karwendel. Groups of teenagers on request only. Holiday home in quiet ideal for family holidays or couples. The garden and mountains invite you to relax and children can enjoy the playground. They can build sandcastles in the summer and snowmen winter. The house overlooks a motorway. It`s garage is the first left.

    ...what to expect in your holiday home?

    Dear Holiday Guest,

    As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
    We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.

     

    What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

    • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
    • Comfortable seating in the living area
    • Dining table with sufficient chairs
    • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
    • Fridge
    • Cutlery/crockery

     

     In Addition

    • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
    • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
    • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
    • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
    • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.

     

     Normal measurements for beds are:

    • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
    • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
    • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
    • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.

     

     

    Parking

    • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
    • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.

     

     Infrastructure

    • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
    • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.

     

     Pets

    • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.

     

     Weekends and Shortbreaks

    • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

    Dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony, piękne widoki, spokojna okolica. Bardzo polecam. Blisko do wyciągu. Z łatwością doszliśmy na piechotę, gdy zasypał nas śnieg.

    Complete woning met volledige inrichting en uitgebreide uitrusting. In tegenstelling tot eerdere boekingen bij Interhome werd er geen routebeschrijving toegevoegd. Het is echter wel van belang dat duidelijk aangegeven wordt dat de woning bovenaan een steile helling staat die bij sneeuwval met Show more kettingen om de wielen dient te worden bereden. De weg naar de piste (winter) is ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen maar met ski-uitrusting kan dat lastig zijn. De aanwezige televisie (met satelietontvangst) is zeer beperkt qua normale Duitse of Oostenrijkse uitzendingen. Er waren wel volop sexsueel getinte zenders te vinden maar daar zit niemand op te wachten. Het is aan te raden om dat opnieuw in te laten stellen door de eigenaar! Tot slot is met name het laatste gedeelte van de route niet aangegeven en daardoor lastig te vinden. Pas bij navraag in de omgeving hebben wij het gevonden. Achenkirch is tevens de hoofdstraat maar de woning ligt bergop en is niet aangegeven. Show less
