Here you can experience the diversity of this Tyrolean holiday region, with the towns of Matrei, Steinach and Gries, as well as the Obernberg valley. Unspoiled countryside, numerous hiking and mountain climbing and superb mountain bike trails attract nature lovers and run through one of the largest larch forests of the Tyrol. The Obernberger lake is approx 1600 m above sea level - the emerald green water is too cold for swimming, but with a rowing boat so you can discover the largest natural lake in the Stubai Alps. Holiday centre, 24 km south from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities.

Summer

Steinach-Bergeralm with water adventure world "Baerenbachl" (nature-water-study course), gondola lift and double chair lift for summer/hiking. All watersports available in Steinach. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis, golf course 18 hole in Rinn 25 km. Summer skiing in Stubaiergletscher 45 km. Paragliding. Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire.

Winter

Ski-region Steinach-Bergeralm, total of 6 lifts. Total 23 km ski runs. Ski school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 90 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Night skiing 3 times a week 7 km away. Unspoiled slopes to ski on at Nösslachjoch.

Heerlijk eigen huis, schoon, fijne eetkeuken, 2 badkamers, balkon rondom, fijne tuin met bbq. Op 10.minuten lopen van dorpscentrum en bushalte naast de deur. Aparte woonkamer met houtkachel en ruime hal. Jammer dat uitzicht belemmerd wordt door een huis met paarden stallen

Er is niets mis met deze accomodatie. Ziet er keurig verzorgd uit. Vriendelijke eigenaresse. Mooie omgeving met goede wandelmogelijkheden. Geen pas waarmee je gebruik kunt maken van de liften in de omgeving.

Lieben Dank für die liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat kleine liebevolle Details. Der Standart der Einrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Der Kamin bietet jeden Abend mollige Wärme. Der morgendliche Bäckerservice war für uns eine gute Dienstleistung, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe sind.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und die Aussicht auf die Berge ist grandios. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
