    8-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: 3 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 x 3 bunk beds. Bath/WC, 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Living room with cable TV, radio and DVD. Dining room with cable TV, video, radio and DVD. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Bath/WC, shower/WC, double hand-basin. 2 terraces, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).


    Itter: Large, cosy small apartment house "Hohen Salve", 2 storeys. In a hamlet, 1 km from the centre of Kirchbichl, 2 km from the centre of Itter, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: table football, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Available: children's bicycles, sledges. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, sports centre 8 km, mountain railway 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 120 m, ski school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Wörgler Wasserwelt 8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental 2.6 km, Hohe Salve 6.1 km. Hiking paths: Brixental, Kitzbüheler Alpen. The "Zuhäusl" with reference number AT6300.110.1 adjoins this property, but has it's own entrance and garden.

    ...what to expect in your holiday home?

    Dear Holiday Guest,

    As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
    We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.


    What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

    • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
    • Comfortable seating in the living area
    • Dining table with sufficient chairs
    • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
    • Fridge
    • Cutlery/crockery


     In Addition

    • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
    • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
    • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
    • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
    • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.


     Normal measurements for beds are:

    • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
    • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
    • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
    • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.




    • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
    • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.



    • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
    • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.



    • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.


     Weekends and Shortbreaks

    • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, die Anzahl der Badezimmer ist super, gerade wenn nach dem Ski Tag alle gleichzeitig unter die Dusche wollen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann Show more ohne Probleme für 12 oder mehr Personen kochen. Angenehm waren auch der Waschtrockner und der rießige Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist gut, zur Gondel nach Itter fährt man ca. 3 Minuten. Es gibt nicht viele Restaurants in der nähreren Umgebung, aber in Itter oder Söll hat man dann eine große Auswahl. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. // The landlords gave us a warm welcome and were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The chalet is exactly as described, the number of bathrooms is great, especially when coming back from a day of skiing when everyone wants to take a shower at the same time. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can easily cook a meal for 12 or more people. Having access to a washer/drier and the enormous fridge were great too. The location is good, it takes you about 3 mins to get to the gondola in Itter (by car or taxi). There's only 1 restaurant within walking distance, but plenty more in Itter or Söll. We'd definitely recommend the chalet. Show less
