"Seastar", 1-room studio 25 m2 on 2nd floor. Comfortable furnishings: entrance hall with electric heating. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), digital TV and electric heater. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Small balcony 3 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Residentie astrid: Apartment block "Residentie Astrid", 9 storeys. In the centre of Bredene, 300 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Public parking 150 m on the road extra. Shop 100 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, tram 100 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 870 m, railway station "Oostende" 6 km, ferry 3 km, sandy beach "strand bredene" 200 m, park "Paelsteenveld" 50 m, nudist beach 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Markt (dinsdagmorgen) 50 m, Boudewijnpark 25 km, Plopsaland De Panne 47 km. Group of youngsters not allowed.

Location Description Bredene

Wether you're looking for an unforgettable holiday or a few days of rest, the beautiful Bredene, situated between Oostende and De Haan, can offer you all of these options. Bredene is the only town on the Belgian North Sea coast with large sand dunes that flow over in a fine sandy beach. Wide promenades, horseriding , swimming, many bike-routes,... fill up your days completely. The lovely town of Brugge, with with its many canals and medieval character, offers a different type of visit. Every Tuesday morning you can visit the weekly market in Bredene. Family-friendly bathing resort 600 m from the sea, 8 km from Oostende, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Besides: pharmacy.

Die Wohnung ist im 2 Stock gegenüber des Aufzugs. Schnitt und Ausstattung ist gut, die Küchenausstattung ok. Bei mir wurden die Herplatten nicht recht warm, darum wurde sich gekümmert.

Das Personal war super nett und die Wohnung sehr sauber, einziges Manko ist, dass man zum Be- und Entladen des Autos nicht bis an das Gebäude fahren kann, das ist etwas umständlich aber sonsonsten war alles super.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Wohnung sehr sauber, etwas altbacken! Nicht gefallen hat uns, unsere Untermieter. Der Hund war ständig auf dem Balkon und hat "ununterbrochen" gebellt. Zudem war der Balkon voll mit Hundekot und Urin. Das hat man zum Teil auch gerochen. War nicht angenehm. Sehr schlecht war die parksituation, da kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand. Das ein und ausladenden war sehr mühsam, da unser Auto im parkverbot stehen musste

Studio mal tenu! Sale à l'arrivée. Porte du frigo extrême sale. Fenêtres dégoûtantes, sol non aspiré avant notre arrivée ! Frigo cassé, hotte ne fonctionne pascorrectement , sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Pas assez chauffé. Fuite à la salle de bain.Mauvaise literie( canapé lit) pas de parking, pas de sécurité covid! Je n'y retournerai plus! Service pas à la hauteur du prix demandé !

Kleine, saubere sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

het was voldoende maar in eerder gehuurde woningen bood de verhuurder steeds een beetje meer aan zoals bijvoorbeeld WC-papier, kruiden, theezakjes alles was erg basic de waterkoker was erg aangetast met kalk

We hebben hier een week gezeten en het was over het algemeen helemaal prima! Wel vonden we het een hoog bedrag voor de staat waarin het appartement was. Verschillende onderdelen van de keuken zaten op het randje om uit elkaar te vallen (koelkast plankje, kastjes, lades). Verder is het prima vertoeven dicht bij het strand. Helaas is het wel een complex met wonenden waardoor honden ook zijn toegestaan, wat overigens helemaal prima is, totdat ze om half 10 op het balkon worden gezet om te blaffen..
