Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Forced-air heating. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Single-family house "Villa Karmen", 2 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the hamlet Gljuščići 6 km from the centre of Žminj, 30 km from the centre of Rovinj, 28 km from the sea. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 14.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 6.1 km, rocky beach 28 km.

Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Alles sauber und gepflegt, sehr nette Vermieter. Etwas ab vom Schuß aber mit Auto alles in unter 1 Std zu erreichen. Einkaufen und Gastronomie auch in kürzerer Entfernung möglich. Außenbereich auf den ersten Blick etwas klein und karg, kein Grün aber es hat ausgereicht. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Kroatien.

Wunderschönes Haus in einem kleinen Dörfchen Pro: Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen verschlafenen Dorf in Zentralistrien. Es war wunderschön. Die Vermieterin ist wunderbar, wenn man was benötigt ist Sie sofort zur Stelle, ansonsten sieht und hört man nichts von ihr. Genau so soll es sein :) \nDas Haus ist fast perfekt eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Contra: Eines der Betten ist ein wenig wackelig, das hat uns ein wenig gestört.\n

Sehr schönes Haus, groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, die Kinder waren trotzdem jeden Tag drin und hatten ihren Spaß. Gereinigt wird er regelmäßig. Großer Außenbereich. Sehr nette Vermieter, die man jederzeit ansprechen kann.

Sehr schön saniertes und hervorragend eingerichtetes Haus in einem kleinem Weiler. Geräumiger, schön gestalteter Innenhof mit schönem Pool. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Istriens, sowohl für Küste als auch schönes Hinterland.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für zwei Personen ist die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Für mehr Personen könnten Geschirr, Pfannen, Besteck usw knapp werden. Wenn Sie die Möglichkeit und Platz haben, eigene Utensilien mitzunehmen, würde ich das empfehlen. Außerdem konnten wir den Pool leider nur einmal (sehr kurz) nutzen, da dieser wirklich eiskalt war. Ansonsten war alles top!

Een zeer leuke moderne vakantiewoning, die alle comfort biedt die je nodig hebt op vakantie, een zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die vlakbij de woning wonen en zeer hulpvaardig zijn als er iets is. Ideaal voor een vakantie met 4. Enige klein minpuntje is misschien dat het wat afgelegen licht en je dus vaak de auto gebruikt als je iets wil bezichtigen of naar zee te gaan maar dat zijn keuzes die je zelf moet maken de woning is perfect en het zwembad is groot genoeg en mooi afgewerkt
