Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option. Balcony 3 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

For shared use: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden with plants and flowers. Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 900 m, pebble beach 1.5 km. Please note: airfield 43 km from the property.

Location Description Krk

Historical, old, picturesque town, in the south-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 50 km south from Rijeka. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, night club, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Access: motorway A7 Rijeka - Krk. Then road 102 Malinska - Krk.

Unsere Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und es war alles da ,was man braucht! Und auch sehr schön sauber. Toller Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Berg! Schön ruhig zum schlafen. Strand, essen und shoppen zu Fuß erreichbar. Für jeden was dabei.

Richtig schön gelegene Unterkunft mit einer sehr freundlichen Besitzerin! Tolles Meer und gutes Essen! Die Besitzerin war für uns immer erreichbar, und sehr zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung toll ausgestattet auch mit Waschmaschine was ein großer Vorteil war.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den man gut weiterempfehlen kann. Pro: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Baska und die Umgebung sind sehr schön und vielseitig. Contra: Die Ausstattung in der Küche wie Schüsseln, Gläser und Teller war etwas dürftig.\nAnsonsten war alles vorhanden.

Plusy: Cicho i spokojnie z daleka od kurortowego zgiełku, klimaty raczej agroturystyczne, czysto. Minusy: Do plaży 2km, nie jak w opisie. Komplet ręczników to po jednym niedużym na głowę, papier toaletowy 1 rolka na tydzień, niefunkcjonalna kuchnia, brak noży kuchennych, durszlaka. Na koniec Pani skasowała podatek miejscowy, który miał być w cenie. Niestety nie mogę polecić.

Thank you for your feedback. After thorough checks we can assure you that the distance to the beach is correct at 1.5km away. The kitchen equipment has been replenished. We apologise for the confusion concerning the local tax. On the island of Krk it is obligatory to pay both an eco tax and a local tax, this caused confusion in the booking, however going forward, only local tax will be charged and the eco tax will be organised by the owner herself.
