Large living room with 2 sofabeds, Scandinavian wood stove, TV and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine) with hatch, dining table. Bath/WC. Boiler. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free).

On the outskirts Staré Sedlo, in the district Teplá, in a quiet, sunny position, area with little traffic, 200 m from the edge of the forest, located by a road. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with trees, courtyard, biotope, swimming pool round (3.6 m diameter, depth 90 cm, 01.06.-31.08.). Patio, pergola (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 6 km.     ...what to expect in your holiday home?

    Dear Holiday Guest,

    As you travel you realise that things can be very different from country to country as well as from region to region. This is what makes travelling and holidays so interesting. Differences are also to be expected in holiday homes. The type and quality of furnishings, and the look of the property, are normally in line with local standards.
    We can assure you, however, that the home you chose will meet the following minimum requirements, provided that nothing in the brochure is mentioned to suggest otherwise.

     

    What should you expect to find in your holiday home?

    • Private living area, not for use by any other third party
    • Comfortable seating in the living area
    • Dining table with sufficient chairs
    • Cooking facilities with pots and pans (ovens and microwaves available only if mentioned in the description).
    • Fridge
    • Cutlery/crockery

     

     In Addition

    • Heating is available in properties that are available for rent in the winter. The cost of heating is included unless stated as an extra. In summer resorts, heating or heaters are only available when mentioned in the description and normally costs extra. No heating is available in Italy from approximately mid April to mid October.
    • TVs are only included where indicated in the description. They are usually colour. Black and white TVs are very rare but sometimes are provided and will be shown in the brochure description as «b/w».
    • Fireplaces are for use (unless «ornamental» is mentioned), though firewood normally costs extra, provided it is available, or can be bought locally.
    • “Double bedroom” = 2 separate beds pushed together or 2 single mattresses on a double base. “Room with double bed” = 1 bed for 2 people. Many homes have sofa beds (sometimes described as “double divan”) or pull out beds in the living room.
    • Holiday homes are not normally equipped with kettles and teapots. All homes have a fridge.

     

     Normal measurements for beds are:

    • Single bed: 190 x 80/90 cm
    • Double bed (1 mattress for 2 people) 190 x 140 cm
    • Double bedroom (2 mattresses) 190 x 80 cm each
    • Bunk beds are more suitable for children and can be quite small.

     

     

    Parking

    • Parking is available when mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental, unless the brochure description says it will be «extra».
    • Public parking is not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee this will always be available.

     

     Infrastructure

    • Facilities belonging to the holiday home or the residence, such as swimming pool, play area, tennis court etc. will be mentioned in the description and will be included in the rental unless stated as «extra» in the description.
    • Public facilities (swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants etc.) are not part of the rental agreement and we cannot guarantee these will always be available, particularly in low season.

     

     Pets

    • The pet symbol by a property indicates that 1 pet will be permitted. If you wish to take more than 1 pet, you must check with reservations first.

     

     Weekends and Shortbreaks

    • In low season periods we can book selected properties for short breaks (minimum 3 days) and long weekends. Call your nearest Interhome reservations office to discover which properties are available for less than a week in the resort or city you wish to visit for a few days.

    I stayed here with my partner and our two children and our dog.The owners who met us are very friendly and tried to explain where the best local restaurants etc are but they do not speak English. One of the other reviews complained about the internet there is now a wireless 4g router so we had no Show more problems even with two teenagers and there X phones :) It is a lovely house with a beautiful garden in a peaceful location the whole property is fenced in so it is perfect for people with dogs or small children(There is a jungle gym swings etc for small children). The pool was nice and clean as was the rest of the house. The outdoor area with the BBQ is covered with a large sofa and is a nice spot to spend the evenings. There is a nice small lake five minutes drive away where you can swim and go for nice walks in the forest ,which is not mentioned which is well worth a visit. Next time we visit this area we would not hesitate to book this again. Show less

    Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und entspricht weitestgehend der Beschreibung. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich jetzt auch ein Terrassenzugang, der auf den Bildern noch nicht sichtbar ist. Der Internetzugang ist vorhanden, allerdings nur über USB-Stick und darüber hinaus auch Datenmengen technisch Show more begrenzt ( wir haben Musik über das Internet gehört und nach einiger Zeit war die Datenmenge erschöpft ). Über das Smartphone ist der normale Netzempfang nicht immer vorhanden oder nur über GPRS-Netz. Für Naturliebhaber liegt das Haus optimal, kaum Autoverkehr, bis Marienbad ca. 25min mit dem Auto, aber Vorsicht im dunkeln wegen Wildwechsel. Das Haus hat zwei Kaminöfen, einer im Wohnzimmer und ein kleiner im Erdgeschoss Schlafzimmer. Außerdem ist eine Elektrozentralheizung vorhanden, die aber bei Betrieb alle Räume im Haus beheizt. Dadurch entstehen sehr hohe Stromkosten, die am Tag durchaus 100KW/h betragen können und in den Nebenkosten mit kalkuliert werden sollten. Wir haben mit den Kaminöfen geheizt und hatten auch eine angenehme Temperatur im Haus. Es war allerdings in dieser Woche auch nicht so kalt draußen. Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank ( 3 Schubladen ) ist vorhanden. Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen und Handtücher für die Bäder lagen bereit. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht auch deutsch.     We spent a very nice week in this superb and calmly situated cottage. The grounds on which the house is situated are huge and really beautiful with a lot of trees, flowers and garden furniture.
