Velbeliggende og renoveret aktivitetshus beliggende i første klitrække på en 20.000 m2 stor grund, kun ca. 200 meter fra det brusende Vesterhavet. Huset har oprindeligt været brugt som strandfogedbolig og har spillet en vigtig rolle i området i forhold til bjærgning af skibe samt redning af menneskeliv. Huset er blevet renoveret med respekt for husets historie. Sommerhusets tilbygning byder på et stort aktivitetsrum, hvor der er mange times underholdning for hele familien med bl.a. bordtennis, elektronisk dart, pool, airhockey mv. Huset har også egen petanquebane. Stuen er bl.a. udstyret med smart-tv med internationale kanaler samt internet. Derudover har I mulighed for at streame egne tv-tjenester. Køkkenet er udstyret med keramisk komfur, emhætte, opvaskemaskine, separat fryser, køleskab samt kaffemaskine. Huset har to badeværelser, hvoraf det ene har badekar, toilet samt vaskemaskine. Derudover gæstebadeværelse med toilet. Huset har gode havemøbler samt grill, hvor I kan nyde aftensmaden, mens solen går ned over Vesterhavet.
