Sommerhus med spabad og sauna samt diverse aktiviteter beliggende ca. 350 meter fra Limfjorden. Huset er praktisk indrettet med kombineret stue og køkken. Stuen har eksklusiv møblement samt er udstyret med fladskærms-tv med gratis adgang til streaming-TV både med danske og tyske kanaler. TV skal streames via Chromecast med appen "Telia TV". Dette kræver en Ipad eller Smartphone for at logge på. Der ligger en udførlig beskrivelse i huset. Derudover er der PlayStation 3 inkl. spil, blu-ray-afspiller, bordfodbold samt gratis internet. Der er brændeovn til en kølig sommeraften eller en efterårsaften med regn og rusk. Køkkenet har bl.a. keramisk komfur, opvaskemaskine, køle/frys, emhætte samt mikroovn. Huset har tre soveværelser og to badeværelser begge med gulvvarme. De to af soveværelserne er indrettet med dobbeltseng á 120 cm og det tredje værelse er indrettet med en køjeseng til to personer. Huset har energivenlig varmepumpe. Der er både åben og overdækket terrasse, hvor I kan nyde aftensmaden, mens solen går ned over Vesterhavet.
