Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 18 m2, roofed. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Single-family house, built in 1972. 400 m from the sea. For shared use: garden. Private: natural state property 1'300 m2, garden (fenced). Terrace (30 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Hals

Small resort with 2'500 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km east from Ålborg, 65 km south from Fredrikshavn. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, museum. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Waterpark in 500 m. Sports harbour in 500 m. Surfing, rowing. Golf course 18 hole 1 km. Minigolf 500 m. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life. The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.

Sehr liebevoll und gut ausgestattetes Haus!!!! Auch im Garten viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, für Sonne, Schatten etc, immer das richtige zu finden.

Für mich war ein sehr wichtiger Grund für die Buchung des Ferienhauses, dass das Grundstück sicher eingezäunt ist, sodass mein kleiner Hund nicht weglaufen konnte.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Strasse . Unser Hund fühlte sich auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück auch wohl . Küchentechnisch ist das Haus auch super ausgestattet. Das Haus würden wir auf jedenfall wieder nehmen.

Pænt rent hus og dejlig aflukk...

Pænt rent hus og dejlig aflukket have med høje træer. Vi nød meget den overdækkede terrasse. Der var for mange pynteting, så det var svært at finde aflægningsplads til ens egne ting. Der var ikke kroge nok til håndklæder i badeværelset. Der stod der var 400 meter til stranden, men der var over dobbelt så langt. Alt i alt havde vi en dejlig ferie.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit in dem Haus verlebt. Umgebung war wie immer toll, wir machen dort schon seid Jahren Urlaub.

Wir (Paar + Hund) waren mal wi...

Wir (Paar + Hund) waren mal wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht, besonders der große eingezäunte Garten lobenswert. Das Haus war auch sauber als wir ankamen. Der große Platz für das Abstellen der Autos ist ebenfalls positiv. Man hat auf dem Grundstück mehrere Möglichkeiten draußen zu essen. Die Sonne scheint bis ca. 18:30/19 Uhr auf das gesamte Grundstück (letzten zwei August Wochen). Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 10 Minuten. Wir können dieses Haus guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Das einzig „Negative“ sind die durchgeweichten Matratzen. Vielleicht könnte man diese zeitnah auswechseln.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelgen und sauber. Viele Außensitzmöglichkeiten. Je nach Wind- und Sonnenschein findet man immer ein passendes Plätzchen. Bei der Ausstattung vermissten wir lediglich 1-2 vernünftige Messer/oder Messerschärfer. Gefährlich ist der Teppichläufer in der Küche und lästig sind die bestimmt lieb gemeinten aber in der Anzahl völlig übertriebenen Dekoartikel. Im Inneren des Hauses befinden sich ingesamt, sage und schreibe 79 Kerzenständer, Windlichter und andere Dekoartikel.(+55 Bilder, Spiegel, Regälchen u.s.w.) Außen hatten wir 34 Blumtöpfe und nochmals 42 Windlichter/Deko. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub in diesem Haus gut gefallen und wir können es weiterempfehlen.
