Villa Kuortane holiday home is located near the Kuortane Olympic Training Center. Excellent sports facilities at the training center and in the surroundings. The magnificent sand beach of lake Kuortaneenjärvi is within 130 m. During the winter, there will be a cross-country ski trails on the ice of the lake (if weather condition allows). There are also cross-country ski trails around the training center. The distance to the trail is about 150 m. 44 km to the east from Seinäjoki, Kuortaneenjärvi 130 m, no own beach. Wooden holiday home with boarded outer walls, built in 2021. Living room (140x190 cm sofa bed), living room/kitchen, heat storing fireplace, separate WC, utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer). Two bedrooms, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: double bed 140x200 cm and sofa bed (120 cm). Access to the bedroom is from the glazed terrace, the room is also a dressing room for sauna. Sauna is equipped with electric sauna stove, washroom with shower and WC, spacious glazed terrace. There is a carport in the yard. The destination is only rented for peaceful holiday use. Pet fee 50 e/booking. The holiday home is located on a flat, sunny plot, in a newly build area of detached houses near lake Kuortaneenjärvi. 150 m to the ski trail, 130 m to the magnificent sand beach, 1 km to the disc golf course, 2 km to Kuortane Olympic Training Center.
