Jolie vue sur la baie de Cavalaire, cuisine bien dotée d'ustensiles, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière.... tout. Beau salon tv grand écran + son Bose.... Chambre avec un 160 parfait Terrasse pour l'apéritif ! Salle d'eau avec lave-linge bien pratique. Très appréciable Garage box. MAIS rue circulante au bas de l'immeuble.... on s'y fait ! Car clim et vitres épaisses. A SURVEILLER propreté du tapis de bain, tâches sur couette et les coins poussiéreux... entretien ménagé à contrôler

Appartement : très bien agencé, bonne situation et belle vue, matériel mis à disposition très bien (même un peu trop),Le garage en sous-sol est un plus (en manœuvrant un peu on y rentre un 5008 en marche arrière, il y a une protection posée sur les murs) très bon séjour en global Pour le bruit : il y a un dos d'âne juste sous le balcon et les véhicules avec remorque ou les camions bennes + outils passent trop vite et fond beaucoup de bruit, après il y a les deux roues avec les pot d'échappement

L’appartement se situe à 5min à pied de la plage et du centre ville et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.La vue est superbe. La climatisation et le store sont un vrai plus en saison d’été. Pas mal de circulation en journée mais plus calme le soir. Il ne faut pas avoir un trop gros véhicule pour le garage et la montée pour y accéder est assez raide mais celui-ci reste particulièrement appréciable.

Points négatifs: Propreté imparfaite (sol) - très belle vue mais appartement très bruyant la journée (circulation) -manque d’information dans le parking permettant d’identifier la porte d'accès à l’immeuble - place parking très difficilement accessible (très étroit) -montant de la location excessif en saison, en raison du bruit de la circulation peu supportable.

+appartement parfait tout est clair la blancheur est de mise la vue sur mer magnifiique box pour voiture pratique seul petit bemol du fait des affaires personnelles laissees par le proprietaire les rangements sont un peu limites neanmoins location parfaite tres claire ou l on pense deja a l année prochaine pour y revenir .
