Terrace 16 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: no parking. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Saint-Tropez

Appartement correct spacieux et bien équipé. Très bien situé pour faire les visites du golfe. Il est bien de préciser que l’appartement est au dessus des bars et resto avec chanteur (jusque vers 23h minuit).

Faites vous même un état des lieux karim o.

Lors de notre arrivé nous avons droit à un itinéraire sur papier très peu précis. J’ai été surpris car ils ne font pas d’états des lieux, c’est le personnel de ménage qui s’en occupe lors de votre départ. Pensez donc lors de votre arrivée à filmer ou prendre des photos et envoyer un mail à l’agence avec preuve et signalement. Dans notre cas, nous avons eu des taches de chaussure et insecte au plafond,mur et sol, radiateur arraché, lumière HS, draps déchirés etc. Aucuns geste commercial.

Merci de votre commentaire. Nous avons pris en compte tous ces détails, et vous confirmons avoir réparé le radiateur et changé les ampoules défectueuses. N'oubliez pas que l'équipe de ménage peut toujours être renvoyée dans le logement si le nettoyage ne vous est pas convenant.

Nous avons mis 1/2 heure a trouvé l’appartement car les indications n’étaient pas clair du tout, Appartement très sale, aucun produits ménager à disposition (pas de balais , pas de pelle )Odeur de renfermé,appartement très humide et très sombre aucune lumière de l’appârtement ne marchait,on entend aussi des petit bruit la nuit dans l’appartement.pas très rassurant La télé est toute petite la vue est top mais mis à part ça ,rien n’allait .Bref mauvaise expérience!! Je vous le déconseille .
