Large terrace 50 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside and the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: it is possible to moor a motorboat (max. 8 m)l. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

The Domaine de la Batisse, between Fleury d'Aude and Les Cabanes de Fleury is situated by the Aude canal. Dating from 1720 and still active, it comprises of 30 hectares of vineyards, a cellar and a bull ring. Large working farm "Domaine La Batisse". 5 km from the sea. Grocery 9 km, restaurant 9 km, bar 9 km. Sports harbour 5 km, riding stable 8 km.
