Terrace, east facing position, small patio 40 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location Description Narbonne-Plage

Narbonne-Plage with its magnificent white sandy beach is situated near the farmous Languedoc regional park "Massif de la Clape". Well known for its water sports. Family-friendly bathing resort, 80 km north from Perpignan, 165 km south-east from Toulouse, 105 km south from Montpellier. To visit: Narbonne and its historical monuments with the Halles dating from 1901, the cathedral and its treasures, the VIa Domitia. The Domaine de l'Hospitalet, 7 kms, in the La Clape mountains and ist 52 hectares of AOC vineyards coteaux du languedoc. The Clauses honey farm, in Montseret, as the honey is just as important as the wine in Aude.

Mountain bike and hiking trips in the Clape Mountain range. The heated swimming pool is situated in the "Eva Sport" centre which also has a gym.
