Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage on the property at the house. Please note: smoke alarm.

In the hamlet Le Vieux Moulin, in the centre of Portivy, in a quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 450 m from the beach, south-west facing position. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach "Plage de Toul Bragne" 450 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie de Quiberon" 7 km. Sports harbour 500 m, surf school 1.5 km, sailing school 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Côte Sauvage de Quiberon 500 m, Saint Pierre Quiberon 1 km, Carnac et les alignements 13 km, Auray et le Port de St Goustan 24 km, Vannes 40 km, Lorient 60 km. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und ruhig, Umgebung,Garten und Wintergarten. Die Renovierung war noch sichtbar, liegt aber schon einige Zeit zurück. Negativ aufgefallen sind vor allem unzureichende Sauberkeit in der Küche (Dunstabzug und Backofen) und den Badezimmern. Dass ein Badezimmer mit Toilette Teil eines Schlafzimmers war, konnte man weder auf den Fotos noch aus der Beschreibung entnehmen. Ohne diese Mängel hätten wir uns sehr wohlfühlen können.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung,10 Minuten Wegstrecke mit Fahrrad zu schönen Stränden, großzügiger Wohn- Essraum mit guter Ausstattung, tollem Wintergarten sowie Garten mit Ruhezone und Grill. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Danke.

Sur le descriptif de l'agence Interhome , il était mentionné 3 salles de bains (raison pour laquelle nous avions choisir cette maison) alors qu'il n y en a que 2. Le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit naher Einkaufsmöglichkeit und verschiedenen Strandoptionen (fußläufig oder mit Fahrrad/PKW). Gute Ausstattung.

Superbe semaine, a quelques minutes à pied de la mer, située au fond d'une impasse, calme absolu, maison super fonctionnelle, garage attenant, tres pratique, on passait par celui-ci pour entrer dans la maison, ce qui permet de ne pas salir au retour de la plage, une chambre avec 4 lits simples...les enfants ont adorés, et une veranda tres appréciée...du bonheur.

Maison très bien située, proche de la plage à pied. Maison spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Juste une remarque ,sur l'annonce il est indiqué 3 salles de bain, en réalité il y en a 2. Rien de grave, cela nous a convenu. Par contre, il y a un parasol mais sans pied. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande cette maison.

Très belle maison bien équipée, et bien au calme Peut-être un petit peu loin du centre de Saint Pierre pour certains (10mn de vélo) Mais tout à côté de ce petit port charmant qu'est Portivy
