Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Terrace 15 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location Description Carnac

Well-known bathing resort with 4'500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, 5 km from La Trinité-sur-Mer, 13 km from Auray, 18 km from Quiberon. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Thalassotherapy. Situated on the south west coast of Brittany, Carnac can accommodate up 40 40000 holiday guests in high season. The dunes and Thelasso therapy institutions are main attractions of the resort.

Die Unterkunft erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen aufgrund der Beschreibung und der Fotos. Sie ist insgesamt sehr schlecht gepflegt, nicht sauber. Der Garten verdient diese Bezeichnung nicht. Die Küchenausstattung ist mangelhaft und ungepflegt. Das gesamte Haus riecht muffig und nach „Abfluss“. Dauerlüften war insbesondere für die Dusche hinter dem Wohnzimmer erforderlich. Das Haus ist im Verhältnis daher zu teuer. Wir können es nicht empfehlen.

Het huis heeft een onprettige geur en met name de slaapkamer op de beneden verdieping is klam. Er zou wifi zijn. Dat was er maar geen internet aansluiting, het leek dat dat probleem al langer bestond, want alle apparatuur was uitgeschakeld.

Comfortable house at the edge of a lovely village. Beds comfy and decent shower. Kitchen was well equipped. Garden could do with a bit of TLC but was great for wildlife and decking nice to sit out on on sunny days. Only negative of house was strange curtained cupboard in living room. Otherwise really nice.
