Well-known, busy, family-friendly bathing resort with 10'000 inhabitants, directly by the sea, situated at the foot of a mountain, 8 km from Collioure, 25 km from Perpignan, 30 km from Espagne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Cultural events Festival Les Déferlantes, wine-growing region, kids' animation. Access: motorway A9, exit number 43. Railway station in the resort.

Superbe location à tout point de vue: emplacement, équipement, propreté, accueil du propriétaire. La grande terrasse offre un point de vue magnifique sur toute la cote.

Meine Freundin und ich sind begeistert von der Wohnung, alles Nötige ist da, wir fühlten uns von anfang an sehr wohl. Die Lage ist super, nur Pinien, Sand und Meer und jeden Morgen der magische Sonnenaufgang! J. M. ist ein sehr sympathischer Betreuer der Wohnung und hilfsbereit.

Venant à Argelès depuis de nombreuses années, c’est la première belle location que j’ai trouvée ! Appartement magnifique avec vue sur la mer. La plage au pied de l’immeuble, qui est bien situé également car pas dans le centre, ni trop loin de la rue piétonne. Tout a été plus que parfait Nous reviendrons. Et j’oubliais : accueil chaleureux de notre hôte ! Merci pour cette belle semaine

Wohnung mit grosser Dachterrasse und sehr schöner Aussicht. Direkte Strandlage, Metzger,kleines Geschäft und Bäcker fußläufig. Besteck etwas knapp, beim nächsten Mal bringen wir noch etwas von zu Hause mit. Pfanne im Gegensatz zu anderen Zuschriften ok. Vermieter J. sehr nett, alles ganz locker.

Sehr schöne FeWo, direkt am Strand gelegen, jeden Morgen wunderschöner Sonnenaufgang. Balkonmöbel sind nicht besonders gut, benachbarte FeWo deutlich besser ausgestattet. Ansonsten ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert.
