Living/sleeping room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Electric heating. West facing position, small terrace. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 44. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Residence "Les Jardins Alpins", 5 storeys. In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 7.8 km from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 500 m, grocery 500 m, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.9 km. Tennis, minigolf 800 m, sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.

850 - 2'525 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly spa resort and mountain health resort with 5'500 inhabitants, 13 km from Megève, 20 km from Chamonix, 70 km from Genève. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, casino. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna, health cures. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Heated outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis. Minigolf. Paragliding, high rope course. 2 gondola lifts, hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. In March: "Festival international de l'humour" in St Gervais les Bains. Hockey.

Winter

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Myself and my wife stayed here in January for a weeks skiing. The location is nothing short of perfect. Right on the doorstep of the Telecabin that takes you to the main Ski area, and just a short walk into the great town of Saint Gervais. We felt that the apartment adequate but slightly dated. It was still warm and comfortable with a good shower! I would advise taking a full size kettle with you though. Odd tiny kettle supplied (two small cups). Would definatley book again though!

Appartement très sympa, fonctionnel,bien équipé idéalement situé à proximité du bettex et des télécabines, je le recommande. Une toute petite suggestion, une télévision un petit peu plus grande et un four à micro onde et ce serait parfait.

Le ménage laisse à désirer. Plusieurs toiles d’araignées, vaisselle pas propres ( couverts et ustensile de cuisine). Housse du canapé complètement craquer sur le côté. A part cela appartement très bien situé. Attention garage petit pour un SUV.
