Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Residence "Les Grets", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St Gervais, 6.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool heated (12 x 7 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Le chateau" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 2.3 km, minigolf 2.3 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 280 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.
