Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

In the district of du Phare 2.3 km from the centre of La Tranche-sur-Mer, 45 km from the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, in the residential district, 600 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with trees. Storeroom available. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2.3 km, sandy beach "Plage de la Côte Sauvage" 600 m.

In einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegenes Haus ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Viel Stauraum, die Betten und die Dusche waren sehr gut. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, leider gab es kein gesichertes WLAN und im Abstellraum/ Garage roch es ziemlich modrig. Freundliche Schlüsselübergabe die problemlos funktioniert hat.

Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Besonders die ruhige Lage ( Sackgasse) und die Nähe zum Meer ( Strand zu Fuß 5 Minuten ) hat uns besonders gefallen. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir werden das FH noch mal buchen.

Maison agréable et bien équipée dans une résidence très calme proche de la forêt et d'une magnifique plage ! Beau terrain clos, idéal pour famille avec enfants ou animal domestique. Penser aux vélos car de nombreuses pistes cyclables et chemins de randonnée. Vivement l'année prochaine pour y retourner!!
