Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (70 cm, length 180 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Parking (fenced). Suitable for families. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Balatonboglár 6 km from Balatonlelle: Semi-detached house "Mandorle", 2 storeys. In the resort, in a quiet position, 300 m from the lake, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue (sandbox). Grocery 800 m, restaurant 500 m, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Tennis 1.6 km, riding stable 3 km.

Location Description Balatonboglar

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort directly by the Lake Balaton, 44 km west from Siófok, 45 km south-east from Keszthely. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Beach, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Sailing, surfing. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Insgesamt gut- kleinere Mängel Ines M.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, kam bei Problem mit Strom persönlich vorbei. Haus älter,aber ok. Treppe ins OG sehr steil. Möbel teilweise nicht ganz funktionsfähig (Türen), Betten sehr unbequem (hart/durchgelegen), kein WLAN, aber Sat-TV. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Wunderschöne Terrasse und Garten. See 5 Minuten entfernt, zum Einkaufen braucht man ein Auto. Alles in allem ein gelungener Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen.

Viele Mängel: An Mobiliar:Schranktüren ,Fenster (Griffe lose),Zimmertüren,Backofen defekt,am Gasherd nur zwei Flammen nutzbar,im Kühlschrank Flaschenfach defekt. Die Treppe ist zu steil und hat sehr kurze Stufen und ist daher nicht für Kinder und Senioren geeignet.Der Inhalt des Sandkasten bestand aus einer schwarzen schmierigen Masse.Nach unserer Meinung ist das Haus nicht für 10 Personen nutzbar und müsste renoviert werden.

Dass die Ausstattung/Ferienhaus einfach gehalten ist, war uns vorher bewusst - aber nicht so „einfach“. Die Betten/Liegen sind gefühlt 30 Jahre alt - wir sind jeden Tag mit Rückenschmerzen ausgestanden. Auch die Bettwäsche, Decken und Kissen müssten mal erneuert werden. Der Gasherd funktionierte manchmal gar nicht, unmöglich für 8-10 Personen zu kochen. Ausstattung der Küche war nur so la la - eine Pfanne, Teller und scharfe Messer etc. fehlen. Duschvorhänge müssten meiner Meinung nach jede Saison erneuert werden, oben im Bad war dieser schon grau/braun… - Duschtür unten war defekt. Lichtschalter und Steckdosen waren locker… Grillen gestaltete sich in dem Steingrill auch schwierig… Die Eigentümerin war freundlich, konnte aber leider kein Deutsch verstehen. Alles in allem leider nur ein „befriedigend“.
