Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, railway station "Arezzo" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Equestrian Center Arezzo 3.5 km, Castiglion Fiorentino 15 km, Lago Trasimeno 40 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Important, historical town with 90'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in the plane, on a river, in a convenient position, 65 km north-east from Siena, 75 km south-east from Firenze. Interhomen sivuilla lukee, että ”omistaja asuu erillisessä paritalossa.” Omistaja perheineen asuu samassa rakennuksessa ja käyttää myös vuokrattavan huoneiston yläpuolella olevaa tilaa. Äänet kuuluvat ajoittain asuintiloihin. Kuvista näkee selkeästi asunnon, jossa omistaja asuu, mutta kuvauksen teksti ehkä johtaa hieman harhaan. Asunto oli aidatulla tontilla, jolloin oleskelu oli rauhallista ja turvallista. Maisemat olivat todella kauniit ja isäntäperhe oli äärimäisen ystävällinen!
