Town situated on the west side of Valdarno, at the foot of the Pratomagno hills, half way between Florence and Arezzo. Busy resort with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, in a valley, in a convenient position, 35 km north-west from Arezzo, 50 km south-east from Firenze, 55 km north-east from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Centraal gelegen vakantiehuis in ToscaneBas B.

Prima vakantiehuis dat overeenkomt met de foto's. Vriendelijke eigenaresse die op de achtergrond aanwezig is. Welkomstpakketje en een lekkere cake op zondag Het huis en zwembad zijn mooi privé gelegen. Er zijn meerdere zitjes dus altijd wel een gezellig plekje in de zon of schaduw. Wij hebben de honden van de buurman niet als bijzonder hinderlijk ervaren, maar als je volledige rust wilt is dat wel een dingetje. Het stadje zelf is niet heel pittoresk, de nabije omgeving wel.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub zu 6 verbracht; Das Haus ist sehr schön angelegt, man kann sowohl links- als auch rechtsherum außen zum Pool gelangen. Weiterhin gibt es im Außenbereich mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, die zum Essen oder Chillen einladen. Das Haus hat 3 Etagen und 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer und Bäder. 2 weitere Betten befinden sich in der obersten Etage; der Raum ist allerdings offen zum Treppenhaus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet

Urlaub in der Toskana Markus P.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in der Toskana verbracht. Die Gegend ist einfach nur traumhaft und man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Das Haus ist sehr schön , doch wir hatten am Anfang ein paar nicht so schöne Sachen die uns gestört haben. Diese wurde beseitigt. Die Duschen sind Renovierungsbedürftig und es richt etwas muffig im Haus. Wir haben viel unternommen oder waren am Pool. Die Vermieterin ist eine Seele von Mensch . Es gab ein Essenskorb und selbst gemachten Kuchen.

Ein tolles Haus, großzügig, modern, sauber, auch in heißen Nächten angenehm kühl. Der Pool ist das Highlight, groß genug für die ganze Familie (wir hatten drei Teenager dabei), umgeben von Olivenbäumen und ein top Blick über die Gegend. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und die Oma hat uns sogar einen richtig leckeren Kuchen gebacken. Also alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für den Urlaub!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Il Melograno sehr genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. F., die Eigentümerin, ist wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gibt einige tolle Tagesausflugsziele und Restaurants in der Nähe.
