For shared use: garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 400 m. Tennis, cable car 2 km, ski lift 1 km, ski bus stop 400 m, children's playground 50 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner lives on the same property. Additional accommodations can be booked.

979 m a.s.l. >>Alleghe is situated between the Marmolada and Cortina d'Ampezzo is one of the most famous holiday village of the Dolomites. Lake. Shops, restaurants, cinema, discos, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool. Bus services from and to Belluno railway station. Small, picturesque mountain village with 1'194 inhabitants.

Summer

Trekking paths towards the Civetta, Pelmo and Marmolada mountains. Climbing on the north wall of the Civetta (7 km of rocks). 1 indoor ice rink (Summer skating) fishing. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes.

Winter

Ski-region Civetta / Alleghe. Total 80 km ski runs, snowboard slope. Ski school, snowboard school. Cross country ski tracks (illuminated). 2 covered Ice Stadium. Ice skating on the lake. The area of the Mount Civetta has been included in the Dolomite Superski ski pass and Alleghe is now linked by bus with Marmolada and the Sella Ronda Tour.

L'appartement est un peu vieillot mais tres bien pour y passer nos soirées. Petite terrasse très agréable Le propriétaire est entrain de rénover un autre appartement beaucoup plus moderne et sera disponible l'année prochaine. Le propriétaire étais très serviable et sympathique.

Gospodarz zamknął Nam drzwi przed nosem gdy zjawiliśmy się 30 minut przed meldowaniem. To było niemiłe. Pokój w tragicznym stanie, łazienka cała obdrapana, smród, balkon ze spróchniałych desek. Co więcej gospodarz dzień w dzień robił coś w garażu pod balkonem głośno, nie dając odpocząć. Nie polecam !

Betten mussten selber bezogen werden, teilweise zu kleine Bettwäsche erhalten - Austausch kein Problem. Für schmuddelige Oberdecken keine Duvets vorhanden. Stube war sehr schmutzig. WC-Ring defekt, Wasserablauf verstopft, sehr ringhöriges Haus - Schade, denn das Haus liegt an ausgezeichneter Lage mit Blick über den See und auf die Civetta-Bergkette. Das Haus müsste totalsaniert und kontrolliert werden

Geen fatsoenlijk beddengoed. Bedden vielen uitelkaar bij normaal gebruik. Gebroken bedlatten. De Badkamer viel van gammelheid uit elkaar. De elektrische is installaties zijn in aan elkaar geknutseld en onverantwoord gevaarlijk. Keuken is ondermaats. Keukengerei niet of nauwelijks aanwezig. Gasflessen tbc fornuis lekkage gevoelig. Beheerder verzocht om na gebruik van fornuis de flessen facet sluiten ivm mogelijke gaslekken Ook een positief puntje :Verwarming is uitstekend!

Pokoj v přízemí nemá vůbec funkční topení. Majitel nám sdělil, že je září, tak na co topit (v místnostech bylo 13-15 stupnů). Po opakované reklamaci jsme čekali 2 dny, než přišla hospodyně, která uměla zatopit v peletových kamnech v 2. patře na chodbě. Poté jsme se přestěhovali do 2. patra, aby se vytopily místnosti, museli jsme nechávat otevřené dveře do chodby. Po vyhoření paliva, nás kamna probudila hlasitým pípáním, které neustávalo-v 6 hod ráno!V den odjezdu ve 4 ráno!Návod k obsluze nebyl.

Einchecken war wie letztes Jahr erst verspätet möglich - 20.30 Uhr - wobei jedoch die Teilrückzahlung von Interhome wieder etwas versöhnt hat. Der Raumduft im Schlafzimmer erinnerte an frühere Raucherzeiten.... für den Schläfer natürlich irgendwann egal... Ausstattung der Küche: Minikocher, kaum Arbeitswerkzeug, keine Lappen, Besen, etc.... Ausblick aufs Meer - war eher Ausblick auf unaufgeräumten Werkstattgarten...
