Private: property with lawn and trees. Heating to be paid on the spot. 5 km long steep, narrow motor access to 30 m from the house (mountain road). 30 m footpath to the house. Railway station "Como (Milano-Zürich)" 55 km. Bus connection. Tremezzina 24 km. Chiavenna 32 km. Varenna 36 km.

Je zit erg hoog met een mooi uitzicht over het Comomeer. Er is wel 1 huis en een grote boom die het zicht op het meer deels ontnemen. De locatie is ongeschikt voor personen die slecht ter been zijn. Het looppad vanaf de weg naar de woning is over gras. En wanneer het gras vochtig is moet je wel opletten dat je niet uitglijdt. De woning is prima in orde. De weg vanaf het meer naar boven neemt ca 30 minuten in beslag en er zitten hele slechte stukken in. Er komen koeien met koeienbellen langs.

Das Häuschen ist ein Traum und die Lage umwerfend schön mit einem Bergpanorama in alle Richtungen. Nur die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die Strasse streckenweise wirklich sehr eng und mit grenzwertigen Schlaglöchern für einen normalen PKW ist. Aber man kann sich daran gewöhnen :-) Ausserdem steht das Haus sehr eng an anderen Häusern, sodass man gelegentlich noch einen Italienischkurs von den Nachbarn dazu bekommt! Anfang August war es leider zu heiss zum Wandern, daher das nä. Mal später.

Despite the comfort of this flat, its situation is isolated in the moutain. It is very difficult to find and access because so far in the mountain with a dangerous and long road. Absolutely not adapted for tourism and visits, visits in typical villages of Come lake are compromised. Owners speak only Italian language. Should not be proposed via interhome platform. I do not recommand.
