Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Outdoor shower, private beach. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bar, bus stop "C12" 50 m, railway station "Lugano" 14 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Balcone D'Italia-Sighignola, Cascate di Begna, Grotte di Rescia, Menaggio, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Ich war mit 7 langjährigen Freunden im Ferienhaus La Spaggetta und der Aufenthalt war wirklich traumhaft. Das Wetter war zwar eher durchwachsen, aber sobald die Sonne rauskam sind wir über den direkten Anschluss zum See baden gegangen. Es war eine unvergessliche Woche.

Zeer genoten van onze vakantie in La Spiaggetta. Sfeervol huis. Ook als het weer niet fantastisch, is het fijn vertoeven. Lekker groot, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen (2 stellen + 1 peuter). Fantastisch gelegen aan het meer, met steiger, fijn terras en meubilair. Diverse leuke stadjes en restaurants op korte rij-afstand (max. 30 minuten), inclusief het Como-meer. Houd rekening met: - geen airco - water/meer i.c.m. kinderen die niet kunnen zwemmen
