Beautiful, historical 2-family house "Elsa", 2 storeys. In the centre of Moneglia, 400 m from the sea. For shared use: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, public parking 200 m on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery 300 m, railway station "Moneglia" 500 m, shingle beach 400 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Railway line 60 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Villa in central location Valentin G.

The Villa is well located between train station and beach/center of Moneglia. The flat is relatively spacious for a holiday apartment and the owner was friendly (free late check-out). Some parts of the apartment were renovated (one bathroom). Also the fridge is new. Unfortunately the furniture is partly not in a good condition, particularly one bed and several chairs almost falling apart. Moreover one of the two showers could not be used. The floors obviously weren't cleaned before our arrival.

Just know that they should be notified for any discontentment guest may experience during the stay, so that they can provide immediate assistance. In any case, cleaning is always done before each arival, and if found insufficient by guests, additional cleaning can be provided to make corrections. The showers work perfectly, the beds and chairs are also in excellent conditions.

Das Haus wurde teilweise renoviert, ist gut ausgestattet und versprüht einen gewissen Charme. + Grosse Schlafzimmer + Schöne und gut ausgestattete Küche + Schön renoviertes Badezimmer + Grosser Garten mit Gartenmöbeln + Strand in Gehdistanz - Im Bad hat eine Silikonfuge gefehlt und die Dusche war ein paar Tage nicht benutzbar - Die Schränke in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer haben sehr muffig gerochen (vielleicht wegen Feuchtigkeit) - Küchenutensilien waren teils nicht richtig sauber
