Exit to the garden. 3 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Exit to the garden. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 08.04. Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Very comfortable single-family house, renovated in 2023. 1 km from the centre of Cervo, 1 km from the centre of San Bartolomeo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Alassio, in a secluded, sunny position, 1 km from the sea. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. and 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Diano Marina" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Bagni L'Angelo 1 km, Chiesa San Giovanni 800 m. Please note: car recommended.

A quiet and pleasant setting for this comfortable home. There are good facilities and the 3 double bedrooms and living space are all of a good size. The property would benefit from air-conditioning and as a minimum fly screens on windows and doors to keep out the bugs (especially important when no air-con requires you open the windows to allow cooler nighttime air). There was an issue with carpenter ants in the roof beams (they are quite noisy and make mess). Meet and handover were good.

Insgesamt gut - aber für diesen Preis fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten, z. Bsp. Fliegengitter an Fenstern und Türen. Das Grundstück ist zwar groß - aber auch größtenteils nicht nutzbar. Im Innenraum rieselte es immer vom Dachgebälk auf den Esstisch. Der Pool ist klasse (8x4 m) Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Schlaf- und Sanitärbereich sehr gut.

schöne ruhige Lage inmitten von Oliven-, Zitronen- und Feigenbäumen saubere, neue Betten alles notwendige vorhanden in der Küche - Pool war schmutzig und wurde nur einmal auf Anfrage gereinigt. War aber danach immer noch schmutzig. Man müsste diesen mind. zweimal pro Woche reinigen. Waren darum in der zweiten Woche nicht mehr drin. - in der Küche und in einem der Zimmer rieselt Staub/Sand von der Decke.

Haus und Umgebung Offenbarung! Grill, Pool, Waschmaschine, Badentücher, alles, was Sie brauchen. Ruhe und Frieden! Zu Fuß 15 Minuten können Sie ruhig ins Zentrum gehen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen. Nur die steile Zufahrtsstraße

Wir hatten einen schönen Osterurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist man schnell in der Ortschaft Cervo und am Meer. Der Wasser im Pool war noch sehr kühl, war jedoch aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht anders zu erwarten. Der Check-In vor Ort war unkompliziert und freundlich.
