For shared use: garden 100 m2 (fenced) lawn and trees. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: lift. Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house on the premises. Grocery 150 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 50 m, bakery 50 m, bicycle rental 20 m, bus stop "Aurelia" 150 m, railway station "Diano Marina" 2 km, sandy beach "Passeggiata Mare" 350 m. l'appartam è stato adattato per casa vacanza,ma nel tempo non sono stati eseguiti lavori di mantenimento ( vedi fili arruginiti agli stenditoi, mancanza porta rotolo igiene,tapparella camera problematica, pentole rovinate,coltelli non adeguati al taglio): piccole cose che a mio parere ne riducono il reale valore. suggeriamo un armadio in cameretta al posto della scrivania. nel complesso ci riteniamo soddisfatti della scelta e ci sentiamo di suggerirla a terzi.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Diano Marina. Einkaufen und zum Strand nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Danke Interhome, jedes Mal waren wir mit Ihnen zufrieden. Weiter so!

Appartamento grande, con 2 camere ampie, cucina ben attrezzata. Pulizia buona. Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e dal centro paese, molto silenziosa. Parcheggio privato gratuito all'interno del cortile chiuso. Uniche 2 piccole pecche della casa: mancanza di uno specchio intero in casa e da rivedere la regolazione della temperatura della doccia. Per il resto niente da dire. Ci tornerò sicuramente
