Eine kleine, in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Jedoch sauber und man kann gerne wieder kommen. Wenn man keine 3 gänge Menüs kochen möchte und nicht schicki micki erwartet. Völlig ausreichend. Man geht ca.15 Min. zum Strand, Restaurants oder ins Innere des Örtchen. Es ist eine schöne Gegend zum Spazierengehen, Fahrrad fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeit lokal, sehr hilfsbereit. Es wird wenig deutsch/englisch gesprochen. - Pkt. Liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße Keine schlechte Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. A. und seine Frau sind ganz wunderbare Menschen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Matratzen waren ein wenig unbequem, aber das lag hauptsächlich daran, dass ich noch stille und wir ein wenig mit der Lücke der zwei Matratzen zu tun hatten, ansonsten wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Die kleine Treppe vom Esszimmer auf die Terrasse war mit Kleinkind etwas ungünstig. Alles in allem war es wunderbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön , Die Lage ist sehr toll Alfreda und Antonio waren sehr nett und der Umgang mit Ihnen war sehr angenehm Es gibt eigene Dinge die verbessert werden sollen , Beispielsweise muss das Badezimmer renoviert werden und WLAN muss installiert sein .Ansonsten war alles gut und natürlich werden wir wieder hinkommen

Alfreda hat den dekadenten Charme einer italienischen Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen um unseren Urlaub gut und schön zu gestalten. Das Haus ist sehr einfach ausgestattet,aber mehr braucht man für diesen Preis finde ich auch nicht erwarten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem,aber was unbedingt erwähnt werden muss,ist die Straße die direkt unterhalb des Hauses vorbei führt.Es ist eigentlich nur ein Strässchen,aber wer die absolute Ruhe sucht ist bei Alfreda fehl am Platz.

Das Häuschen befindet sich ausserhalb von San Lorenzo al Mare. Wer gerne einen Moment zum Strand läuft ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Häuschen ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badezimmerplatten fehlen teilweise oder sind beschädigt. Die Matrazen sind sehr bequem. Die Betten sind alt und quietschen bei jeder Drehung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, nur italienisch sprechend. Betreffend Sauberkeit gibt es noch Optimierungspotential. Für uns hat es gepasst.

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir zufrieden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Waschaschine war auch da. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage und kein Ventilator. Daher war das Haus sehr warm und man fand wenig Schlaf. Kein WLAN. Das Haus steht direkt an der lauten Straße und ist nicht zentral und man muss ca.1 km bergab ohne Fußgängerweg zum Strand laufen. Ca.20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Ortsmitte. Für Wenigläufer nicht geeignet. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett Tipp: Viel Mückenschutz mitnehmen
