Parking at the house. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 30 m, bar 100 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop "Aurelia" 50 m, railway station "Sanremo" 800 m, sandy beach 800 m pebble beach 400 m. Cycle lane 200 m. Nearby attractions: Teatro Ariston 1.2 km, villa Ormonde 200 m, Villa Nobel 400 m, Piazza Bresca 1 km.

Location Description Sanremo

Well known resort on the western Riviera, Sanremo is a small lively city with its famous Casino – The Ariston theatre – where the popular music festival takes place every February. There is a picturesque tourist harbor and a nice sand and rocky beach. Sanremo is an ideal base for excursions to the surrounding villages on the hills (San Romolo) or to Montecarlo and the Cote d'Azur. Well-known town with 55'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 20 km west from Imperia, 15 km east from Ventimiglia, 40 km east from Montecarlo. In the resort: supermarket, shops, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, casino, museum, cinema. Access: railway station in the resort.

Unterkunft so wie beschrieben, Nähe am Meer und Zentrum. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, hat alles organisiert und stand für alle Anfragen zur Verfügung. Kann ich sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage, aber sehr lautBeate B.

Wohnung und Außenbereich entsprachen genau dem Inserat. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Die Betten und die Sitzmöbel waren alle sehr hart, was unseren Komfort leider zunehmend schmälerte. Die Lage (nahe Haupstraße mit Geschäften und Bars) ist sehr laut von früh bis spät. Auch das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Lage ist ansonsten gut (nahe Radweg und 20 min zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt).

Nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. 2 Zimmer Wohnung keine 3. Mitten in der Stadt. Gepflegte Anlage. Eigener Parkplatz, Metallleiste vom Tor schwierig für niedrige Autos. Auto hat aufgesetzt. Kein direkter Zugang zum Strand. Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend. Mängel wurden sofort beseitigt. Wegen der Lautstärke sind wir früher abgereist.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand, gepflegt, geräumig, mit 3 großen Terrassen. Alles sah Recht neu aus und Küche hatte alles was man braucht! Meine anspruchsvolle Frau hat sich in die Kissen zum Schlafen verliebt! :-) Die Dusche bot sogar Massagefunktion! Gut gelegen am Hafen und 3min Fußweg zum Kiesstrand! Sandstrand war zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen! Direkt im Haus war ein Supermarkt! Können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen! Viel Spaß
