Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Barbecue, deck chairs (10). Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the garden. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, railway station "Altopascio" 6 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 50 km. Nearby attractions: Firenze 63 km, Pisa 45 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 109 km, Forte dei Marmi 54 km, Carrara Fantiscritti (cave di marmo) 77 km, Antro del Corchia Levigliani 72 km. Sehr schön gelegene Villa mit traumhaftem Grundstück und schönem Pool. Tolles Panorama, optimal für Familien geeignet. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Sehr schöne und toll eingerichtete Villa in herrlicher Lage. Perfekter Service durch Besitzer mit seinem Team. Das Haus, der Garten sowie der große Pool sehr gepflegt. In der Osteria haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Wein- und Olivenölprobe sehr zu empfehlen. Einkaufen waren wir bei Esselunga, ein toller Einkaufsmarkt. Wir haben schon wieder für das nächste Jahr unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus gebucht.

Ein tolles Haus & noch bessere Lage! Die Aussicht lässt einen Super abschalten, nur der Nachbar ist doch näher dran als gedacht! Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, das ist mit Kindern sehr ungünstig. Wie gesagt ein sehr schönes Haus, nur sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Hauptstraße fährt unterhalb des Berges lang, was man durch die dünnen Fenster hört, leider!

Villaen er helt fantastisk, med dejlige store værelser med aircondition. Dejligt køkken med alt hvad man behøver til en ferie i Toscana. Vi blev modtaget af en meget positiv kvinde, som fortalte historien om villaen samt gav os mange fine oplysninger om selve huset. Haven er virkelig stor og man kan opholde sig dig helt ugenert fra naboer. Udsigten er ikke mindre end formidabel 180 grader højt beliggende over land og by.Swimmingpoolen er dejlig stor 15 x 8 meter og bliver holdt perfekt ren.

Wir waren mit der Familie 7 Personen in der Villa. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich. Das Haus, der Garten sowie der Pool alles sehr gepflegt. In der Osteria haben wir zwei schöne Abende verbracht und sehr gut gegessen. Einkaufen waren wir bei Esselunga, ein toller Einkaufsmarkt. Wir danken dem Besitzer sowie den Betreuerteams für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Es war nicht der letzte Urlaub für uns in diesem Ferienhaus.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Tolles Objekt, gut gepflegt, täglich 1-2 mal Poolsäuberung, täglich wurde der Müll abgeholt. Alle mega freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert ( auch wenn ich gerne etwas anderes schreiben würde, damit wir Dauergäste sein können). Ideal zum abschalten. Wer Action sucht, sollte ein anderes Objekt wählen, weil man dafür doch einige Kilometer zurück legen muss.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool werden täglich gepflegt und der Müll geleert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (2 Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, jede Menge Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller und Besteck). Außerdem für jeden mehr als genug Handtücher incl. Badetuch für den Pool. 2 Babybetten und Hochstühle. Unsere Strom- und Heizkosten für 2 Wochen, 7 Personen + 2 Kinder, (keine Klima angehabt) beliefen sich auf 60 Euro.

Der Pool, das Haus und die Aussicht waren traumhaft. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und der Abfall jeden Tag entsorgt. Wir waren mit Freunden und Familie in diesem Haus und können es sehr empfehlen.
