House "Il Crocino II". 3 km from the centre of Marti, 8 km from the centre of Montopoli, 35 km from the centre of Pisa, on a slope, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 15'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with plants and trees, meadow. 900 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, sandy beach "Tirrenia" 40 km, outdoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (9 hole) 40 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Location Description Montopoli in Valdarno

Montopoli, a middle age town with over 8,000 inhabitants, is situated to the south of Valdarno, 95 m high, on the hills above the Arno Valley, 30 km east of Pisa, 50 km from Florence and Siena. It is situated amongst vineyards and olive groves, between oak forests and cypresses, which dominate the Tuscan area.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig auf einem Hügel, umgeben von Oliven- und Pinienbäumen, mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Landschaft. Die liebevoll eingerichtete, frisch renovierte Unterkunft ist sauber und komfortabel, mit einem altmodischen, aber charmanten Stil. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, und Lucca, jedoch ist der letzte Abschnitt der Zufahrt etwas holprig. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die schwache Inte

Ein wunderschönes, kleines Cottage in einem herrlich angelegtem Garten. Wer zwischendurch mal Ruhe brauch, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Wenn doch lieber Trubel : Ausflugsziele wie Pisa,Siena,Florenz sind in der Nähe und kleine am Hang gelegene Dörfer in Minuten zu erreichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, spricht nur italienisch und wohnt weiter hinten auf dem Grundstück. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

Man ist fern von allem und es ist unglaubliche ruhig dort. Pro: Das urige, kleine, mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattete Haus sowie der wunderschöne Garten besitzen einen reizvollen Charme. Der Besitzer spricht nur italienisch, ist sehr freundlich und lässt einen komplett in Ruhe. Wenn man die holprigen Wege kennt, ist es kein Problem schnell in die nächsten Ortschaften zu komme. Die Gegend ist so, wie man sich die Toskana vorstellt, Siena,Pisa,Florenz sind nicht sehr weit weg und einen Ausflug wert.

Das Häuschen ist ideal zum entspannen. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und pflegt die gesamte Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Zu dem Haus gehört ein großer Bereich, in dem man sich im natürlichen Schatten bewegen kann und nicht gestört wird.

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in geschmackvoller, parkähnlicher Gartenanlage, in der Pfaue frei herumlaufen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, absolute Ruhe.
