For shared use: park 3 ha (fenced), natural garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 19.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, bar, WiFi, shopping facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycles available (extra). Parking at 100 m on the premises. Sandy beach 800 m. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 5 km, Cecina 10 km, Castagneto Carducci 15 km, Vada 20 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina gradevole. Ma villaggio desolante, da rimodernare, bagni comuni rotti ,vecchi,sporchi. Zanzare e formiche ovunque. Casetta trovata sporca all' inizio del soggiorno. Da sconsigliare
