Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Eine grosse Küche und eine schöne überdachte Terrasse. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings sind die Bilder hier mit der Einrichtung nicht mehr aktuell. Gerade das Besteck ist sehr minimalistisch wir waren 5 Personen und da war es echt knapp, gerade kleine Löffel und kleine Gabeln. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bei Fragen gibt sie sofort Auskunft (Dank Google Übersetzer hat alles super geklappt) Sonst hätten wir eine schöne erholsame Woche und haben die Gegend gut erkundet.

Das Haus ist in fabelhaftem Zustand, sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet (Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.). Die Vermieterin, die mit Familie nebenan im Haus wohnt ist sehr freundlich und absolut diskret. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal hierher.

Der Empfang von F. war sehr freundlich. Alles wurde einem gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus mit schönen Garten, der großen top ausgestattet Küche, die guten Betten und die Möglichkeit die Kids draußen im Garten (Spielzeug vorhanden) sicher springen zu lassen, trugen dazu bei das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Altstadkern zu Fuß schnell erreicht & Sehenswert. Abends ist generell immer etwas los (Einheimische). Geschäfte zu Fuß im Ort oder mit dem Auto in wenigen erreichbar.

Die Beschreibung lt. Internet ist vielleicht nicht ganz passend, Zum einen ist es recht karg eingerichtet, es gibt zwar alles was man braucht (außer eine Kaffeemaschine), aber mehr auch nicht. TV und Radio nur italienisch, ist nicht schlimm, aber gut zu wissen, vor allem mit Kindern. Die Familie lebt ständig im UG und nicht nur gelegentlich. Der Ort Suvereto ist sehr schön, auch die Lage des Hauses.

Kaffeemaschine vermisstRegina O.

Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig in einer Sackgasse, dennoch nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum historischen Zentrum. Wir haben allerdings bei der Küchenausstattung eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst ( der metallene Mokkakocher mit Rostansatz war nicht wirklich eine gute Alternative) Außerdem wäre eine Garderobe, wo man Jacken, Rucksäcke etc. aufhängen kann, wünschenswert

Die Ferienwohnung war absolut spitze! Da der Weg zum Meer sehr nah ist, braucht man in der Vorsaison nicht zwingend einen Pool. Bis auf vier flache Eingangsstufen ist die ganze Wohnung ebenerdig.

Bella abitazione immersa nel verde toscano,ai piedi dell'antico borgo,che offre molti spunti e percorsi per trekking. Pulita e nuova,la casa è di facilissimo accesso,con una cucina del tutto autonoma. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da F. e R.,due persone che ti sanno mettere a proprio agio in un'attimo, sempre disponibili. Spettacolo.
