Cosy, simple house. In the district of Sant'Andrea, 125 m from the sea, 125 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with flowers and trees. 800 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "via leonardo da vinci" 900 m, sandy beach "Spaiggia SAnt'Andrea" 150 m, park "Parco Parodi" 1.1 km. Marina 5 km. Nearby attractions: Spiaggia di Mari Pintau 9 km, Cagliari 21 km, Villasimius 32 km, Area archeologica Villa romana 350 m. Please note: car recommended.

Das Haus hat eine top Lage, direkt am Meer. Allerdings war die Unterkunft und auch der Garten nicht wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Einrichtung (vor allem der Geschirrschrank) ist veraltet und müffelt dementsprechend eher modrig. Ich liebe alte Möbel, aber der Geruch war unangenehm. Das dritte Zimmer hatte bei Ankunft noch alte Laken drauf. Neue Laken nach 2 Tagen dann bereit gestellt. Schlafzimmer unten ohne Klimaanlage, kein Backofen vorhanden. Dennoch hatten wir eine tolle Zeit.

Aufgrund der alten Möbel kann es einen leichten Geruch geben, jedoch wurde bei der Inspektion keine muffige Atmosphäre festgestellt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt nun über eine Klimaanlage und der Garten wurde vollständig renoviert.

La casa ha tutto quello che occorre per rappresentare una soluzione perfetta per famiglie numerose con bambini o viaggi tra amici. Spaziosa, con camere ampie, cucina molto fornita, 2 bagni, una doccia interna ed una esterna, con totale privacy, dunque utilizzabile in estate, un ampio giardino con posti auto eccetera. La spiaggia è molto vicina, 100 metri a piedi. Note dolenti, la casa all'arrivo era abbastanza sporca. L'annuncio parlava di 3 camere con condizionatore, ma solo 2 lo avevano.
