Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, parking. Supermarket 1 km, sandy beach "San Pietro" 700 m. Please note: main road 40 m from the property.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einem tollen Garten, Innenhof und Pool. Die Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich durch das Haupttor gut beschützt. Folgendes ist zu bemängeln: Direkt ums Haus sind kaum Restaurants, man benötigt immer ein Auto. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mangelhaft. Stühle sind kaputt, die Küche ist nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet. Der Pool war nach der Reinigung sauer und völlig überchlort und daher mit Kinder nicht mehr benutzbar.

Beschrieb hat übereingestimmt, leider Küche nicht für Anzahl 8 Person ausgestattet (1 Weinglas,wenig Trinkgläser,4 Kaffeelöffel, Bratpfannen unbrauchbar.) In 2 Zimmern funktionierte die Klimaanlage nur bedingt. Zu kleine Rattanlounge vor dem Haus und in der Küche nur 4 Stühle. Haus und Unterkunft war in Ordnung, die Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. In den Reiseunterlagen, entnahmen wir das wir für 1/Wo 10 Euro für das Internet bezahlen. Leider vor Ort pro Gerät 15 Euro /Wo

Weiterhin möchten wir Sie darauf hinweisen, dass das lokale Team immer gern assistiert, um noch während des Aufenthaltes zu helfen und eventuell fehlende Utensilien zu bringen. Über ein Wiedersehen als Gast bei uns würden wir uns sehr freuen.

Das Haus ist in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienanlage , der Pool ist sehr schön. Es gibt aber nur 2 Liegen Die Lage ist gut, man kann in wenigen Minuten zu 2 schönen Stränden laufen. (Hunde nicht erlaubt) Als wir ankamen fehlte leider der Fernseher, ein Waschbeckensiphon war kaputt, (wurden in der ersten Woche repariert) die Spülmaschine war ohne Funktion, die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Der Gesamtzustand der Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenpflichtiges Wlan gibt es nur draußen.
