Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: private entrance. 2-family house "Tritone". In the hamlet La Finosa 4 km from the centre of Porto San Paolo, 15 km from the centre of Olbia, in a quiet position, traffic calmed area, 5 m from the sea. Motor access to the house (1.5 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, sandy beach "La Finosa" 5 m. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Animals in the neighbourhood. Property ref. IT7201.700.1 is situated on the same property.

Die Unterkunft war im allgemeinem wirklich schön. Die Lage ist bisschen abgelegen und man fährt jedes mal durch eine holbrige privatstrasse. Der Strand ist sandig, beim hineinlaufen aber steinig, dass es privat war war aber genial. Wer seine ruhe sucht hat dort wirklich Glück. Die Wohnung selbst war aber leider ziemlich dreckig. Das Klo roch unangenehm und wir mussten viel nach putzen.schatten hatten wir kaum und mussten basteln. Vermieter direkt nebenan, nicht immer toll. Wlan hat kaum funktion

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie es vorher beschrieben wurde. Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde. Die Zufahrt ist teilweise mit vielen Schlaglöchern versehen. Kleine Herausforderung für das Auto. Vor Ort viele Katzen. Für Allergiker sicherlich nicht ohne, für uns war das kein Problem. Wir können diesen Ort nur empfehlen.

Abbiamo trovato la casa sporca , siamo stati tre giorni senza acqua calda , con uno scaldabagno da 15 litri ! Giusto il tanto di fare una doccia brevissima a mio figlio che ha 16 mesi , noi ci siamo lavati a pezzi con l’acqua fredda ! La lavatrice non funzionava , vecchissima! A parte il panorama e il posto meraviglioso ma la casa in pessime condizioni , zero comodità e zero servizi ! Mai più
