Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 140 - 250 cm with bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Large terrace 30 m2, terrace 20 m2, porch 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. No internal connecting door between the floors. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. The upstairs bathroom door has a height of 140cm.
