Casa molto sporca, mobili vecchi, sporchi, gonfi, e pieni di muffa vicino al lavello cucina, muri pieni di muffa, intonaci che si scostano. Ha bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione, docce piene di calcare, non funzionanti, la porta del bagno si bloccava chiusa, per aprila bisognava chiamare il manutentore, è successo 2 volte, impianto elettrico con prese rotte. Pulizia e situazione degli spazi comuni (piscina) scarsa e quasi di abbandono.

Location très correcte, grande pièce à vivre, mais terrasse sur le chemin, surprenant au départ mais plutôt sympa. Il manque un minimum de produits d’entretien et d’alimentation pour démarrer un séjour car les commerces sont assez loin. Piscine très agréable.

Leider entspricht der Ist Zustand nicht den Bildern der Anzeige! Wohnung ist doch schon sehr abgewohnt, z.B. schimmelige Silikonfugen in den Bädern und der Küche, defekte Couch im Wohnzimmer, schmutzige Vorhänge. Ansonsten schöne Gegend, netter und freundlicher Kontakt vom Verwalter vor Ort.
