Location Description Certaldo

Certaldo, in the centre of the Elsa valley, comprises of a new part situated in the valley and a historical centre situated on the upper levels. Every year, in July there is a multicoloured medieval fair. The village is famous because the well known writer Giovanni Boccaccio, author of "Decamerone" was born there. Historical resort with 15'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, on top of a hill, 50 km south-west from Firenze, 50 km north-west from Siena. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 9 km.

Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, kuchnia wyposażona w najpotrzebniejszy sprzęt, wspaniały widok z tarasu, przyjemny i czysty basen, miły i pomocy gospodarz. Z apartamentu dojazd do zabytkowego centrum Certaldo saochodem to ok. 10 min. Poza tym doskonala baza do dalszego zwiedzania Toskanii. Ostatnie 2-2.5 km dojazdy do apartamentu jest drogą utwardzoną, dość nierówną, trzeba poprostu uważać.

Einfach perfekt! Pro: Die Wohnung war super geputzt und mega schön eingerichtet. Auch der Pool und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Es waren alle immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. \nWenn man viel in der Wohnung essen möchte, ist es von Vorteil die eine oder andere Pfanne mit zu nehmen. Auch das Spülmittel sollte mit ins Gepäck. Es macht aber auch nichts wenn man es vergisst den man findet alles was man braucht im nahegelegenen Supermarkt. \n\nWir werden sicher wieder dorthin zurück gehen. Es war super!
