Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. Near the kitchen, small room with chimney and seating corner. This room was formally used by the farmers to eat in and socialize.

House/Residence

This side of the renovated farmhouse, is the oldest part of the estate. Some hunting frescos in the dining/living room prove its origin as an hunting hut although it has been a farmer house and a stable too. The date 1850 is probably when the house was converted from hunting lodge to farmhouse. There are also 2 apartments, one for the caretaker and one, seldom used, for the owners. Very old large working farm "Podere Valle di Sotto". 2 km from the centre of Volterra, 30 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 40 km from the centre of Pisa, in a quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
