Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage shower. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Patio, garden. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful, of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Country house "Casale Verciano", detached, surrounded by trees. 2 km from the centre of Parrano, in a secluded, quiet position, in the countryside. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, volleyball, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Bumpy, narrow motor access (2 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Fabro Scalo" 10 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 38 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 45 km. Nearby attractions: Città Della Pieve 25 km, Cetona 26 km, Orvieto 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Near the swimming pool there is a separate house equipped with a kitchen/living room with 2 sleeping possibilities. The space is ideal for having lunch being close to the pool. The Villa is located in a remote area down long a countryside road (2km) made of gravel and not paved (it is best to avoid driving low cars). SUV car suggested.

Location Description Orvieto

This town of 10000 inhabitants built on the Etrusque foundations, is situated in the picturesque valley dominated by the river. To visit: the Dome (built in 1300), San Andrea church, the peoples palace. Orvieto is situated directly on the side road of the Florence-Rome motorway. The Bolseno lake is 20 km.

Prachtige, unieke en rustige omgeving. De laatste 2 km toegangsweg was telkens een beproeving voor onze wagens en voor onszelf een risico-vol avontuur. Het huis was wel heel practisch ingericht maar de staat van de meeste bedden stond een degelijke nachtrust in de weg. Spijtig dat onze voorgangers de keuken niet netjes hadden achtergelaten.

Comme écrit dans l'annonce, le chemin d'accès à la maison est fait de gravat sur 2km. Impressionnant au début mais qui se fait bien. La maison répond totalement au besoin nécessaire mais les équipements mériteraient d'être mis à jour. La maison est rustique. La piscine est parfaite, rien à redire sur ce point. Le super point positif est que le staff de la maison est hyper disponible et veut absolument vous satisfaire. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison car on y est au calme.
