Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with air conditioning. 1 large room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Large, very cosy, comfortable single-family house, surrounded by trees. In the district of Fiumetto 600 m from the centre of Marina di Pietrasanta, in a central, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: large, well-kept garden (fenced) with flowers and trees. Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning (extra). Public parking on the road. Shop 600 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bar, bakery 200 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Pietrasanta" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 200 m, tennis 1 km, children's playground 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 4 km, Pietrasanta 4 km, Pisa 35 km, Lucca 35 km, Firenze 95 km, Cinque Terre 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Massaciuccoli 15 km. - Der Garten war bei der anreise nicht vorbereiten, vorerst mussten wir selber kehren und putzen. - Zwei Tage lang hatten wir Problem mit Kanalistion: das Wasser in der Dusche und WC kam hoch. Im Waschbecken ging das Wasser auch sehr schlecht weg. - Jeden Morgen ca. um 8:00 wurden wir vom Bellen des Nachbarhundes geweckt: zumindest Info dazu in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung wäre hilfreich. - Wir mussten den Müll aus dem Haus selber entsorgen und öffentliche Container in der Stadt suchen ....

Leider habe ich einiege Punkte zu beanstanden: - Am Tag der Anreise war Garten nicht vorbereitet, wir mussten selber kehren und Tisch putzen - Treppe im Haus mit Webspinnen - Am 2. und 3. Tag hatten wir Problem mit Kanalisation, Wasser stand im WC und Dusche hoch, am Waschbecken floß es nicht ab. - Am 4. Tag konnten wir draußen weder zum Frühstück noch zum Abendessen uns aufenthalten, da saulaut vom Rasenmehen im Nachbarsgarten - Jeden Tag wurden wir kurz vor 8: 00 vom Bellen des Nachbarshundes geweckt - wenigstens ein Info darüber in der Hausbeschreibung bei Buchung wäre nett - Den Müll aus dem Haus mussten wir selber entsorgen und nach den öffentlichen Müllconteiner in der Stadt suchen. Zusammengefasst, das war leider überhaupt kein Traumurlaub

Schönes aber eher älteres Ferienhaus. Es hat einen sehr schönen Gartensitzplatz und einen grossen Esstisch. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider machen zu dieser Zeit alle Bagno und Restaurant zu.

Das Haus ist eher alt aber schön. Es hat einen schönen Sitzplatz mit grossem Essstisch. Das Haus ist nur ein Paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.
